Yashbiz Marketing Private Limited is a Direct Selling business. This is a Business opportunity that allows you to set up your own business to distribute products by creating and training a team to future your reach. Incentives are paid on the sales of products. Yashbiz Marketing Private Limited offers a rewarding system of compensation to those who invest their efforts in the business. Let’s understand how you earn while you grow your Yashbiz business.
Anybody who wants to start an independent business can become an Independent Distributor of Yashbiz Marketing Private Limited. To become an Independent Distributor, one has to register himself / herself as a customer with the company by filling a simple registration form free of cost and purchase products for personal consumption.
Once a customer is satisfied with the quality of Yashbiz products, he / she may refer these products to prospect customers and earn financial benefits in the form of incentives and rewards. To earn these incentives and rewards, customer has to become an Independent Distributor by accepting the contract and has to abide by the terms & conditions of Yashbiz Marketing Private Limited.
BUSINESS MATCHING INCENTIVE
The Business Matching aspect of the Compensation Plan is calculated from your network, with 2 Business Teams – Left Team & Right Team. When an Independent Distributor successfully builds Point Value (PV) within the network, he / she will be rewarded with the Business Matching Incentive. Yashbiz reward its Independent Distributors with Business Matching Incentive for their efforts in supporting them to get associated based on the order they place. As their team grows, they will be entitled to get Business Matching Incentive based on the Balanced PV generated on either side.
For Example:
An Independent Distributor & his / her team refer sales of 500 PV in Left Team & 750 PV in Right Team. On matching of business of 500 PV, Yashbiz Compensation Plan pays him / her Rs. 500/- as Business Matching Incentive.
Notes:
- Business Matching Incentive is calculated on daily basis and paid on weekly basis.
- Closing Period: Business Matching Incentive is calculated on business done between 00:00:00 am to 23:59:59 pm every day.
- Payout Period: Business Matching Incentive is paid to Independent Distributors on every corresponding Tuesday.
- The maximum threshold limit for earning Business Matching Incentive per day depends upon the self-purchase done by the Independent Distributor as mentioned in the below table:
- To earn Business Matching Incentive, Independent Distributor must have 2 personal enrolled teams.
- Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period.
- Company reserves the right to change / modify the Business Matching Incentive.
ROYALTY INCENTIVE
Yashbiz rewards its Diamond Independent Distributors with special incentive called as Royalty Incentive.
When a Diamond Independent Distributor is able to refer sales of 11000 PV in 11 different teams. Yashbiz rewards him / her with Royalty Incentive. To give away this Royalty Incentive company allocates special fund of 3% of company’s monthly PV turnover and pays the allocated amount equally to all the royalty Incentive achievers.

- Royalty Incentive is calculated and paid on monthly.
- Closing Period: Royalty Incentive is calculated on the Business done between 1st& last day of every month.
- Payout Period: Royalty Incentive is paid on 5th day of every corresponding month of the closing month.
- Active Business is calculated after all cancellations and refunds deducted from the current payout period.
- Company reserves the right to change / modify Royalty Incentive.
TEAM PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE
Yashbiz Compensation Plan pays its Independent Distributors with Team Performance Incentive on every product purchase in the form of Level Income. This is the simplest form of compensation to compensate Independent Distributors on the business generated in different levels in their team. When a Yashbiz Independent Distributor introduces a customer directly and such customer buys a Product and becomes Yashbiz Independent Distributor and he / she too further introduces other customers / Independent Distributor, it makes a group. Sale of each product in a group generates special points called Point Value (PV) points for all Independent Distributors in the upward network. Yashbiz Independent Distributors are compensated with 80% of PV generated in 20 levels under his / her team as mentioned in the below table.
RETAIL PROFIT
Selling Yashbiz Products directly to the customers is the first step to success and building a solid foundation for your business. Retail Selling is the surest method of earning immediate incentive even as you build a long term business and satisfied customers.
Retail profit is the margin between the prices at which the Yashbiz Independent Distributors purchase the products (Distributor Price / DP) and the price at which these products are sold (Maximum Retail Price / MRP). Independent Distributors in Yashbiz Compensation Plan can earn Retail profit from 10% to 20% on MRP of the products.

- If any person joins a team from one team to another, then his ID will be terminated at the same time and the person who takes someone away will be terminated also. (ID will be terminated as soon as the complaint comes) Complaint will have to be done in the company itself
- If any person who works in yashbiz wants to join another company or working in another company they will get notice from the company and they have to answer on that notice within 7 days otherwise there id will be blocked for 1 year.
- Strict action will be taken against the leaders who lead misdirects distribution of Yashbiz.
- All yashbiz franchise will have to update PV in within 24 hours.
- if anyone not received payment in current week so that time call to our custumer care and clear by code If your payout is before 6 months then it will not be cleared.
- Leaders of Yashbiz who have moved from one team to another will have to work at the place where they are first assigned and until the company gives permission of the team changes.
- If a person has a single complaint about team changing with a proof its id will be terminated.
- Any leader who takes payment from the customer and its id is not updated within 24 hours. In this case the person have to give gift of 250 PV on customer’s id.
- If anyone has done fraud in the name of Yashbiz, their ID will also be terminated (product, commitment, plan & payment)
- If any leader collects the registration fee from the customer, leader’s ID will be blocked for 3 months.
- If any leader comes to give a franchise then that will be leaders responsibility for the turnover of that franchise and he has to do weekly meetings for more turn over.
- A person from any team can sit in any open meeting of others team and its joining will be under its id of the person who has shown that business. If a leader appoints that person to another team or place, then that leader’s ID will go on hold for 6 months.
